2016 at His residence. He was a retired supervisor of the Water Treatment Plant in Jamestown a retired Minister and firefighter with Russell Springs Volunteer Fire Department. He was also an avid Chess player.

He was born on Sunday January 18, 1948 in Columbia, Kentucky Son of the late

            Clifton and Alma Alley Sullivan 

He is survived by :

             Brenda Burton Sullivan, Jamestown, Kentucky   

He is also survived by :

      2 Daughters

             Jesse Hopper (Matt), Russell Springs, Kentucky  

             Carrie Janes (Steve), Jamestown, Kentucky

        Marty, Mike and Scott Smith and Mesti Harrell

      1 Brother

             Gary Sullivan (Elenore), Russell Springs, Kentucky  

A host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survives.

Visitation will be Saturday August 13, 2016 10:00 AM till 1:00 PM at Russell Springs First United Methodist

Church, Main Street, Russell Springs, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday August 13, 2016 at Russell Springs First United Methodist Church,

Main Street, Russell Springs, Kentucky with Bro. Jim Kingry officiating.

Interment will be in the Phelps Cemetery, Highway 92, Russell Springs, KY
