Bobbie Grider, age 91 of Russell Springs, died Wednesday, June 29th at his residence.

He was the son of the late Claude and Nola Aaron Grider.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Alene Hale Grider on February 3, 2016.

He was a farmer and carpenter, and served his country honorably in the United States Army in both World War II and Korean War.

He was also a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

He is survived by 3 sisters in laws:
Mildred Hale, Betty Hale and Fostene Rexroat all of Russell Springs as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at NOON on Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 on Saturday at the funeral home.
