Allen R. Stephens, age 50, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, August 12 2021 at Russell County Hospital.
He was born on Saturday, March 13 1971, in Columbia, Kentucky.
He was the son of:
Mother - Judy Hale Holt, of Russell Springs, KY
Father - Billy Howard Stephens, who has preceded him in death
Survivors also include:
Wife - Michelle Stephens of Russell Springs, KY
2 Daughters:
Amelia Muir, spouse Joshua, of Russell Springs KY
Brianna Stephens , spouse Jamie Warrington, of Nancy KY
1 Step-Daughter:
Gabriella Wilson, of Glasgow KY
1 Step-Son:
Myles Wilson, spouse Victoria, of Russell Springs KY
1 Brother:
Howard Stephens, spouse Ashley, of Russell Springs KY
He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Kaleigh Muir, Addison Muir, Kaneston Warrington Kambri Warrington and Kylan Warrington, two step grandchildren, Carmen and Cloe, nieces and nephews, Cash and Kelsey Stephens, his mother and father-in-law, Michael and Adell Barger and He was a gate salesman and attended Bernard Ridge Church of God.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday, August 16 2021 at Bernard Ridge Church of God, 170 Stephens Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY.
Visitation will be 5 PM Sunday, August 15 2021 at Bernard Ridge Church of God, 170 Stephens Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY.
Interment will be in Russell Springs Cemetery, 1516 Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
