Obituary

Barbara Obeginski, age 81, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, February 10 2023 at Metcalfe Health Care Center.

She was born on Sunday, July 27 1941, in Bradford, Arkansas.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Ivoy Clark Morgan, who has preceded her in death
Father - Noah Morgan, who has preceded her in death

Survivors also include:

1 Daughter:

Kelly Obeginski, of Colorado Springs CO

2 Sons:

Jeffrey Obeginski, of Tampa FL.
Scott Obeginski (Heriana), of Houston TX.

She is also survived by three grandchildren, Scott, Jr. "Mitch," Larissa and Natalia and her siblings, Faith, Pat and Peggy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Obeginski. Barbara and Charles retired to Russell County in 1994. After several years vacationing in the Lake Cumberland area, they decided to move here and build their house designed by Charles, and began their dream of a quiet country retirement. She was an avid reader and sewer. She worked in accounting and was a longtime associate at Walmart.

Graveside services will be 10 AM Monday, February 13 2023 at  Square Oak Cemetery, Russell Springs.

There will be no visitation.

Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
