He was born on Sunday, November 26 1978, in Columbia, Kentucky.

He was the son of:
Mother - Linda Sue Chumbley Passmore, who has preceded him in death
Father - William Passmore, of Dunnville, Kentucky

Funeral services will be 1:00 Tuesday, March 03 2020 at Bethel United Baptist Church, , Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 5 PM and all night Monday, March 02 2020 at Bethel United Baptist Church, , Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Bethel United Baptist Church Cemetery, , Russell Springs, KY.
