Carolyn Fox, age 71, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, July 01 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born on Saturday, May 13 1950, in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of:

Father - Delmo Polston, who has preceded her in death

She is survived by a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker.
