He was born on Friday, March 08 1963, in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

He was the son of:
Mother - Ruth Alice Hall Stephens, who has preceded him in death
Father - John R. Stephens, who has preceded him in death

He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was a drywall installer and had attended Parksridge Church of God. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Passmore.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, June 18 2026 at Parksridge Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 1 PM Thursday, June 18 2026 at Parksridge Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Parks Ridge Cemetery, Parks Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY.
