Dorothy Chapman

Dorothy Chapman, age 91, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, February 06 2022 at Fairoaks Nursing Home.

She was born on Tuesday, September 23 1930, in Jamestown, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Fannie Belle Hassle Knight, who has preceded her in death
Father - Bill Knight, who has preceded her in death

Survivors also include:

Kay Halcomb, of Jamestown KY

2 Sons:

Wayne AKA House Cat Chapman, of Jamestown KY.
Jackie Chapman, spouse Kirsty, of Columbia KY.

2 Sisters:

Bea Lyle, of Louisville KY
Billie McCubbins, of San Antonio TX

She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlous Chapman. She was a textile worker having worked at Sutton's Shirt Factory and Russell Sportswear. She was of the Church of Christ faith.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday, February 09 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, February 08 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
