January 23, 2019 at His residence.

He was a custodian in the Russell County School System.

He is survived by a brother Melvin Rogers, Deltona, Florida and a sister, Peggy Nelson form Raleigh, North Carolina.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday February 09, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, Kentucky

There will be no visitation prior to the service.

Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
