Jeffery Fugate

Jeffery Fugate, age 58, of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, February 04 2020 at his residence.

He was born on Wednesday, August 23 1961, in Hazard, Kentucky.

He was the son of:
Mother - Wanda Duncil Fugate, who has preceded him in death
Father - James Elmer Fugate, who has preceded him in death


Survivors also include:
1 Son:

James Fugate, spouse Melissa, of Jamestown KY.

2 Sisters:

Rose Wilson, of Jamestown KY
Diane Grigsby, of Asheville NC

1 Brother:

Chris Fugate, of Hebron KY

He is also survived by one grand daughter, Raylee Fugate. He was from the Creelsboro Community and a land surveyor .. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert "Bob" Fugate, a sister, Sandy Wyatt. Expressions of sympathy are asked to take the form of a contribution to help with funeral expenses and may be left with Wilson Funeral Home at the church

Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, February 07 2020 at Creelsboro Nazarene Church, Jamestown, KY.

Visitation will be 11 AM to 1 PM Friday, February 07 2020 at Creelsboro Nazarene Church, Jamestown, KY.

Interment will be in Bledsoe Cemetery,  Creelsboro, KY.
