Joyce E. McFarland, age 68, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, November 12 2021 at Fairoaks Health Care.

She was born on Wednesday, October 21 1953, in Franklin, Indiana.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Doris Kirby Sowder, of Milford, Ohio
Father - James Sowder, who has preceded her in death

Michael McFarland, spouse Tracee, of Russell Springs KY.

1 Step-Daughter:

Dana Lyons, spouse Randy, of Cincinnati OH

1 Step-Son:

Donald McFarland Jr., of Cincinnati OH

Patricia Coffey, of Russell Springs KY
Rhonda McFerron, of Broadhead KY
Stephanie Sowder, of Milford OH

1 Brother:

James Sowder, of Liberty Township OH

She is survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren also survive. She was a nurses aid for home health. Besides her father she is preceded in death by her brothers, Roger, Ricky and Steve Sowder.

Funeral services will be 12 NOON Tuesday, November 16 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 11 AM Tuesday, November 16 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Highway 3525, Russell Springs, KY.
