Kevel Grider, age 94, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, June 10 2026 at Summit Manor Nursing Home.

She was born on Tuesday, April 26 1932, in Russell Springs, KY.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Arizona West Stephens, who has preceded her in death
Father - Ezra Stephens, who has preceded her in death

Retta Grider Hatfield, spouse Bobby, of Russell Springs KY

Regina Grider Tiller, spouse Gerald, of Russell Springs KY

1 Son:

Richard Grider, spouse Brenda, of Russell Springs KY.

1 Brother:

Bobby Stephens, spouse Geraldine, of Russell Springs KY

She is survived by three granddaughters, Andrea Hatfield, Breanna McGowan and Megan Smith. Six great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce Lemuel Grider, siblings, Wilbert, Eli, Arvester, Jason and Calvin Stephens, Magdalene Stephens Rexroat, Ruth Smith Johnson,, Virginia (Jenny) Stephens McQueary and Orpha Stephens. She was a retired cook in the Russell County School System and a long time member of Main Street Church of God.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, June 13 2026 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 10 AM Saturday, June 13 2026 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Russell Springs Cemetery, 1516 Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
