Kinzel was born in , on May 1, 1944, a son of the late Eva (Sullivan) and Roe Tucker.

He worked as a Bleach and Dye operator at Fruit of the Loom.

Kinzel is survived by

a daughter, Karen Tucker, of Russell Springs; two sisters, Redith Withers, of Clarksville, IN; Jackie Nation, of Russell Springs, KY; two brothers, Donnie Tucker, of Russell Springs, KY; Ronnie Tucker, of Russell Springs, KY.
