Liffie was born in Liberty, Kentucky on December 10, 1923, a daughter of the late Rosie (Woodrum) and Grover Fair.

She was a member of Bethany Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Liffie is survived by two daughters, Charlene Sayers, of Cookville, TN; Lou Dause, of Norwood, OH; three sons Garry Weir, of Russell Springs, KY; Larry Weir, of Windsor, KY and Michael Weir, of Somerset, KY.

One sister, Margaret Taylor, of Columbia, Ky and two brothers, Ray Fair, of Ohio; Marvin Fair, of Ohio. 12 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild also survives.
