Lofie Gosser McFarland Stubbs, age 92, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, March 23 2023 at Casey County Hospital.

She was born on Tuesday, January 27 1931, in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Eva Chumbley Gosser, who has preceded her in death
Father - James Joshua Gosser, who has preceded her in death

Survivors also include:

Joyce Voils, spouse Alan, of Russell Springs KY

1 Step-Son:

Roy Stubbs, of Hernando FL

She is also survived by a daughter in law, Diana McFarland, four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, She was a a homemaker, Russell Sportswear employee, dairy farmer and a faithful member of Pine Grove United Baptist Church where she attended until her health failed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Chesley W. "Pete" McFarland on June 30, 1982, her second husband, John William Stubbs on November 13, 2010, a son, James C. McFarland, and a granddaughter Kristi Burton.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, March 26 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 12-2 PM Sunday, March 26 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Highway 3525, Russell Springs, KY.
