Lucia "Lucy" Riggins

Lucia "Lucy" Tullia Riggins, age 75, of Liberty, KY passed away Saturday, September 03 2022 at Baptist Health.

She was born on Tuesday, November 26 1946, in Castellano, Italy.

She was the daughter of:

Mother - Gluseppina Manica, who has preceded her in death

Father - David Manica, who has preceded her in death

She was married for 51 years to her husband Paul Riggins, who preceded her in death.

Survivors also include:

2 Daughters:

Katherine Cole, spouse Wayne, of Liberty KY

Angela Riggins, of Liberty KY

1 Son:

David Riggins, spouse Lori, of Campbellsville KY.

She is also survived by two brothers, Johnny Manica of Italy and G.T. Manica of New Hampshire, four sisters, Carol Manica of Italy, Virginia Rose of Florida, Carman McCloud and Pierina Bolton both of Massachusetts. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Miranda, Michaela, Hailey Cole, Joe Edwards (Ashley Houlette), Justin Edwards, Jessica Edwards (Steven Hultin), Abby and D.J. Riggins,, four great-grandchildren, Mason Mia Edwards, Lively and Everlee Hultin. She is also survived by a special friend Creech Richardson. She was a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and attended the Cooks Chapel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling and devoted her time to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved animals and spending time outdoors tending to her flower garden.

Funeral services will be 2 PM cdt Thursday, September 08 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 10 AM cdt Thursday, September 08 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in South Fork Cemetery, 793 South Fork Church Road, Liberty, KY.
