Phillip was born in Jabez, Ky on November 25, 1945, a son of the late Stella Lillie (Daffron) and Milton Green Eller.

He was a member of Ono Community Church and a School Bus Driver.

Phillip is survived by

his wife, Sheila Davis Eller, Russell Springs

four daughters, Michelle Haste, of Russell Springs, KY;

Marci Miller, of Russell Springs, KY;

Tishanna New, of Monticello, Ky;

Cindy Estes, of Russell Springs, KY;

two sons Darrell Carolton, of Louisiana and Michael brant, of Russell Springs, KY;

9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren also survive along with

two sisters, Phyllis Lane, of Lancaster, KY and Grace Burton, of Monticello, KY.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma Eller, 1 grandson Seth Bryant Rose, sibblings; Everett Eller, Marshall Eller, Carl Eller, Madge Green, Bea Winchester and Myrtle Coomer.
