Rachel Pike

Rachel Pike, age 87 of Russell Springs, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Russell County Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1936 the daughter of the late Forest and Elzada Streevals Burton.

She is survived by 3 daughters:

Rhonda Pike, of Russell Springs KY

Cheryl Tarry, of Russell Springs KY

Jennifer (Jerry) Grider, of Russell Springs KY

Her Daughter-in-law:

Anita Pike, Russell Springs KY

2 sisters:

Clara Pendleton, Edinberg, Indiana

Irma Dean Piercy, Russell Springs, Kentucky

3 Brother:

Tony (Janice) Burton, Edinberg, Indiana

Joe (Shirley) Burton, Liberty, Kentucky

Ronald Burton, Columbia, Kentucky

Ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.

She was our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and the center of our home and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Arvil “Tim” Pike, two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 2 PM at the chapel of Wilson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be after 1 PM on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs.

Interment: Good Tidings Cemetery
