Rachel Denise West

Rachel Denise West, age 54, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, June 28 2022 at T.J. Sampson Hospital.

She was born on Monday, September 18 1967, in Tacoma, Washington.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Ruth Caporale Judkins, who has preceded her in death
Father - James Basey, of Indianapolis, Indiana

Vincent Basey, of Indianapolis IN

She is also survived by five grandchildren. She was a member of Three Trees Church and a dog groomer. In addition to her husband, Herman Witt, the love of her life, she was preceded in death by her mother.

EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY: Donation made to help with funeral expenses and they may be left at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, July 01 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 01 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
