Richard E Foley, age 87, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, January 02 2024 at His residence.

He was born on Monday, January 13 1936, in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

He was the son of:
Mother - Lowell Izene Roy Foley, who has preceded him in death
Father - Lowell Roe Foley, who has preceded him in death

Survivors also include:
Wife - Patricia Foley of Russell Springs, KY

2 Daughters:

Patricia Jean Miller, of Russell Springs KY

Kathy Renee' Moore, of San Antonio FL

1 Son:

Richard Elsworth Foley Jr., of Ocala FL.

He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a HAM radio operator, and veteran of the United States Air Force for 20 years and member of New Victory Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Thursday, January 04 2024 at New Victory Baptist Church, 460 Arlis Hale Road, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 4-6 PM Thursday, January 04 2024 at New Victory Baptist Church, 460 Arlis Hale Road, Russell Springs, KY.
