Ruby was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 19, 1928, daughter of the late Delilah (Stargle) and Frank Chumbley.

She was a homemaker and member of Clear Fork Baptist Church.

She is survived by:

Two daughters, Julene England, of Florida;

Patty Bolin, of Russell Springs, KY;

a son,William Ragle, of New Tazewell, TN;

She is survived by a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ruby is also survived by

a sister, Oneda Corner, of Russell Springs, KY.

a brother, Gene Chumbley, of Russell Springs, KY;
