She was born on Sunday, July 23 1995, in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of:

Father - Scott Smith, of Russell Springs, Kentucky

She is also survived by her grandmother, Brenda Sullivan of Russell Springs, Kentucky. She was a Peer Support Specialist. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, September 09 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 10 AM Saturday, September 09 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Russell County Memorial Gardens, US Highway 127 (Middletown), Russell Springs, KY.
