Troy Scott Stephens, age 61, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, May 21 2025 in Jamestown.

He was born on Friday, February 07 1964, in Somerset, KY.

He was the son of:
Mother - Ruth Oaks Stephens, who has preceded him in death
Father - Milburn "Pete" Stephens, who has preceded him in death

Survivors also include:
Wife - Silvia Cardenas of Las Vegas, NV

1 Daughter:

Myra "Maggie" Stephens, of Russell Springs KY

2 Sisters:

Missy Stephens, of Jamestown KY

Debbie Mann, spouse Danny, of Russell Springs KY

2 Brothers:

Chris Stephens, spouse Cindy, of New Boston TX

Wesley Stephens, of Lexington KY

He is also survived by a step-daughter, Susan Marie Chiong of California. He was a former land surveyor and Veteran of the US Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Greg and Clint Stephens.

There are no services or visitation planned.

Interment will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 West Highway 80, Nancy, KY.
