Valerie Kay Kelsey, age 64, of Somerset, KY passed away Monday, May 04 2020 at U.K. Hospital.

She was born on Tuesday, May 08 1956, in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of:
Mother - Katie Popplewell Flanagan, who has preceded her in death
Father - Bobby Flanagan, who has preceded her in death

Hhusband - Scott Kelsey of Somerset, KY

Survivors also include:
1 Daughter:

Jessica Koliser, spouse Erik, of Lexington KY

1 Son:

Joshua Kelsey, of Somerset KY.

She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

She was a retired social worker and a member of Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.
