Wallace McFarland

Wallace was born in Jamestown, Kentucky on July 10, 1922, a son of the late Vertie (Coffey) and Alva McFarland. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years Viva Della Mae Brown McFarland, his brother, Adrian McFarland and a great-grandson, Robert Anthony (Tony) Carroll.
He was a member of Royville Friendship Church a veteran of the U.S. Army Troop A 4th RCN Squad, a Plumber and electrician.
Wallace is survived by
three daughters, Linda, wife of Gerald Brent Snow, of Russell Springs, KY; Leta Fulk, of Gainesville, GA; Lila, wife of David Farist, of Ellijay, GA.
He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 step-grandchildren, Gale Lynn (Greg) Hunley, David Snow, Cheryl (Tyler) Akins, Jordan (Warren) Lindsay Head, Jonathan David Sullivan, Neal Jay (Dawn) Carroll, Wade Owen Carroll, Angela Christine Sullivan, Duane (Wanda) Farist, Brian and Chad Farist. (18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
